Billboards, magazines, newspapers, TV, radio, movies...the list of mediums we receive information can go on forever! With the media so prevalent in our lives, understanding where messages originate, who the target audience is, why the message is being sent to us, and what the message is truly saying is an important life skill. Therefore, we will be focusing on this topic for a few weeks in English 10.
We will be beginning our Media Literacy Unit with this media usage form. Keep track of how much you are exposed to media throughout the day!

This website is an extension of my English classroom at Strongsville High School. My students and their parents can use Ribblett's Room to find monthly calendars, weekly lesson plans, all assignments, useful links, and any other important information! Your students are also using Google Classroom to access some assignments through their school Google account. Email me at kribblett@scsmustangs.org with any questions.
