For English 9, the research paper topic is focusing on any technology that influences our 21st century lifestyles. Students are allowed to focus on the positives of that technology OR the negatives, but not both!

Since Wednesday is a snow day, all speeches will be pushed back ONE day. Therefore, if you were scheduled to give your speech on Wednesday, you will now be giving it on Thursday. MAKE USE OF THIS EXTRA DAY! PRACTICE! BE PREPARED! NO EXCUSES!

Speech Stuff (English 9)



In English 9 we will be learning about, preparing, and presenting informational speeches. On Friday, January 31st we will be having a quiz over Speech Terms. All terms can be found on the Speech 101 Handout which was given out in class on Tuesday.
Use this handout to help you prepare your outline. Due Monday, February 2!
